In which format is the report exported?
Currently, the report is exported only as a MS Word file, therefore you can still edit any fields or structure before finalising the report.

Is it possible to change the inspection or the structure name?
Yes, it is possible. If you change the inspection name (e.g. due to a typo) then the changes will be updated.
